Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents were a Russian as well as a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She speaks fluently in German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. In 2011, she created an original choreography, which earned her the privilege of appearing on German TV as a Russian snowmaiden. Then, she transformed into another Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was successful and earned a bachelor's degree in English at the University of New York. After the high school year, she took acting classes at HB but left for improv classes at Groundlings School. She then played a variety of roles in comedy. Her story began in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). She moved with her father to New York, when she was 13 year old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Television actress who plays the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. Her recurring appearance on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
