Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy show on television. Tarlov was one of two daughters, born in the home of the parents of her mother in Manhattan. Tarlov began her professional career when she was 10 years old as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with seven grade students. She attended classes for a year in Paris as a student at NYU Tisch as well as was a summer student at NYU Tisch during her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she obtained her bachelor of Arts (theatre) and studied a range of different types of acting. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate the writing aspect of her act in the LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly changed her jacket for a pair of sunglasses, before heading to Los Angeles. Her parents were awestruck with her performance of three words on iCarly. Molly has made a number of television appearances and developed the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman, Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family show Huge. Molly is a pretentious pretender to be a good basketball player, despite the fact she doesn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
